A Class Limousines Terms and Conditions
BOOKINGS - All bookings are
provisional until confirmed by A CLASS Limousines upon receipt of
the booking fee. A CLASS Limousines undertakes to use its best
efforts to carry you and your luggage in accordance with the itinery
hereon but does not guarantee to do so. A CLASS Limousines may
without notice substitute alternative vehicles, or Limousine
transportation companies, & omit stopping places due to security
reasons.
SMOKING - Smoking is NOT permiteed in any A CLASS Limousines
vehicle. A Class will terminate the contract of hire and any
passenger smokes in an A CLASS Limousine and no refund will be
issued.
DEPOSIT AND BOOKING FEE - A Deposit equal to half the quoted hire
rate is to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to the hire date of
which is a non-refundable booking fee. A CLASS Limousines bookings
are non refundable. Itinery Changes & upgrades are permitted with A
CLASS Limousines approval, charges will apply. Any Changes on the
day of scheduled hire will require a new booking purchase or
penality fee and is subject to availability.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING - A written cancellation must be received by
A CLASS Limousines no later than 7 days prior to the booking date to
receive a 10% refund of your deposit less the booking fee.
BALANCE DATE - The balance of the hire rate is to be paid 7 days
prior to the booking date or by prior arrangement with A CLASS
Limousines.
DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE - The hirer will be liable for the full cost
of repairs or maintenance to the hired A CLASS Limousines vehicle
for any damage caused to the vehicle either by the hirer or a guest
of the hirer, whether intentionally or unintentionally, including
but not limited to damage to the body work, interior fittings,
fixtures and upholstery or any such other part or component of the
vehicle, but does not extend to general maintenance and cleaning of
the vehicle. MINIMUM fee is $350.00
ALCOHOL - A CLASS Limousines will neither supply, allow the carriage
of or consumption of alcohol in any of the companies limousines by
those under the age of 18 years who are unaccompanied by a parent or
guardian over the age of 18 years. A CLASS Limousines reserves the
right to request identification from any person travelling in a
company vehicle for the purpose of ascertaining whether they are of
legal drinking age.
MISCONDUCT - A CLASS Limousines reserves the right to terminate a
hire agreement and eject from a company vehicle any and/or all
persons whereby their actions and or behaviour whether individually
or jointly is considered by the driver to be dangerous to either
themselves and or others, including property or vehicles or is
excessively abusive in nature whether directed towards the driver or
other guests or the general public at large.
DISCLAIMER -Should A CLASS Limousines be unable to provide the
agreed service for any reason such as, but not limited to, vehicle
breakdown or accident, driver illness, natural disaster, flooding,
road closer or any other such legitimate reason, A CLASS Limousines
will endeavour to supply contact details for an alternate Limousine
transportation company.
A CLASS Limousines shall not be held liable for any added expense,
loss of business or property or any other loss or consequence faced
by the hirer as a result of A CLASS Limousines being unable to
service their agreement with the hirer on the booking date.

No Agent, servant or representative of A CLASS Limousines has the
authority to alter, modify, or waive any provision of these notices
& conditions or A CLASS conditions of hire.
